THREE THREE CLASS BBQ 07

3/3 class bbq was a success!

ytd i reached home at 11pm thanks to sherilyn's dad (THANKYOU!) and got to watch anime til 12 on artscentral :D
and what, you may ask, have i been doing today?
TUITION ALL DAY OMG. raaaaaaah.

anyway.

after my quick post ytd b4 class bbq, i rushed down to ECP & arrived at 5, just in time to witness Danny's emergency. ahahha the toot forgot to bring money to pay the bbq wholesale centre guy for our food :X
everyone had to chip in to help pay! and i realised alot of ppl were broke & penniless like me. lol.
sherilyn came right aft i did & then it was decided that her dad wld send us to a mrt station ltr for us to get home easier. yay so nice!
so they started unpacking the food and then they were like, oh still early so lets play first. and meifeng, sherylin, jordan aka cheesiew & danny played mahjong while kailing & i watched (i also stated taking photos), minshan & tingzhi went rollerblading, alvin,zhangming, weihao, jianyu & etc went to play cards on the breakwater.

i am pissed with blogger, it cant upload my photos. see, thats where xanga is better, it nvr fails to upload pics. but it doesnt autosave posts, which is whr blogger is better. so sorry, photos will have to come another day.

i kept asking them to start fire early. and they didnt listen. eventually zoe, xinping, jiaxin, jasmine & yiyin came and danny finally went abt starting fire. i hv pretty pics of the pretty fire! but sadly blogger is still unable to upload them.
just as we were starting to bbq our food, the worst thing that cld happen during a bbq happened.
RAIN!
yes, it rained.
and then it drizzled.
and 3/3 watched sadly as everyone near us packed up & went home. (well, i did, anyway.)

and so we moved into shelter and attempted to bbq there. slow, but it worked. and then,
IT STOPPED RAINING :D
3/3 resumed our bbq happily and gobbled fried bee hoon as we waited for the food to cook.
halfway thru it we were joined by daryl, nigel and wei an. yes, nigel & wei an arent 3/3 ppl, but whatever. they entertained the ppl with stories abt OCH. and then nigel & daryl showed us magic tricks.
there's a reason they called 'tricks'.
YIYIN WAS TOTALLY FOOLED TEEHEE.

time passed very quickly and suddenly, sherilyn's dad was here to pick us up so meifeng tingzhi sher & i left & tada! that concludes my post for 3/3's class bbq.

CHRISTMAS 2007!

hiya its thursday aka class bbq day!

lets pick up from where i let off okay, so last time i checked in with u guys, i was abt to lie back on shirley's bed. it was 9am on christmas day and i was dead beat, & shirls & qh were alr asleep. why, you may ask?

BECAUSE WE'D BEEN OUT THE WHOLE NIGHT CELEBRATING CHRISTMAS AT 4AM :D

man, if i hadnt seen it for myself, i wldnt hv believed that cats were up and about at 5am in the morning. perhaps the kitties, like us humans, couldnt wait for christmas XD

so anyway, qh and i went home and passed out til about 3pm and then got ready for our glam night out.

EXCEPT, WOULDNT YOU KNOW IT, THIS TURNED OUT TO BE MY MOST UNGLAM CHRISTMAS EVER :D

first it all started with the unglam photos we took at bestie party, ohman, candid shots are so not my thang hahahah X) then the whole redfacecrying thing, then more unglam photos at dinner, then gastric at 6am and the pained look til 9am then the half dead half alive look til noon then the whole newyorknewyork staff thinks we're kids thing!

HAHAHA

its true! the new york new york ppl were super nice & all & we think its cos they think we're little kids dressing up and qh made that impression stick by the THING I HAVE BEEN FORBIDDEN TO BLOG ABOUT (guess what my bag still smells like, qh! :D) and the whole paying in small notes thing, so funny! hehehe.

CHRISTMAS EVE 2008

HELLO ONE AND ALL, A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU!

my internal clock is so messed up right now, it still feels like christmas eve thus the title of this post.

BESTIE PARTY ROCKED.
like seriously.

so first i woke up super late and ccouldnt eat anth cos im like penniless, then we went yiyin's place after juanne 'fed the animals' :D
i was so excited and couldnt wait to give presents.

upon reaching yiyin's place we trooped to the basement and then we proceeded to play games! we played indian poker and blind mice & marco polo! HEHEHE JIACAI SO FUNNY. and then since it was almost time for cx, ms & kj to leave we started the gift exchange. DAMN FUNNY I TOTALLY FOOLED JIACAI & KENNETH.
i hope jiacai liked his present, i cant rmb what he said.
anw then the girls left and we fooled ard taking random pictures & then suddenly we decided to open presents!
so, i gave out the special individual presents i'd bought for everybody.

and as i was giving them out, i was suddenly overwhelmed by this wave of emotion tht had been threatening to choke me for the past 2days. and after i finished giving out my presents & cards & was attempting to ans pocheng's question, i gave in to my emotional release.

OMG.
SO UNGLAM.

then after i collected myself (for the second time!) i explained myself and had to collect myself a third time. ohman thats like a personal record.
i just hope they like what i got them.

anyway after that we finally went for dinner at the prata place. its damn nice! i tried the chicken bryani, milky prata, egg prata, mee goreng, papadam, prata goreng and roti john. nice nice nice! no more pizza at yiyin's frm now. and reuben forgot to pay haha.
THANKS REUBEN AND YIYIN WHO TREATED ME TO DINNER.

when we gt back to yiyin's jx had joined us and we were all so high and started to sing sing sing like mad! ohmygosh backstreet boys and westlife songs totally bring back childhood memories.

log cake was so not super nice tht nobody took second pc or maybe we were all just too full.

then i rushed home w juanne cos it was almost midnight & we were like cinderella, had to be home before midnight. HAHA. and reuben's dad very nicely sent us home yay. i reached home in 17 min frm when i left yiyin's place. cool huh.

so then at home i wished mum merry christmas & gave her her present & she liked it. ooh i sent,like a million smses to ppl.

end of christmas eve?
nuh uh.

well technically alr christmas day. but anyway.

went to meet qh shirley and yeow wei in the middle of the night and saw alot alot of kitties! SO CUTE OMG.
and we all like exchanged gifts cept for qh and i cause we're meeting again tonight for our glam night out to dinner :D
and after yw left i got gastric and pained all the way until now still painful. ow ow ow ):

okay ttyl qh and shirley both napping & sitting up str is making my gastritis worse.

so today i finally finished ALL my christmas shopping, super last minute!
man, the guys are like, SO LUCKY. their presents super expensive can! more than the girls. guys' stuff reli very costly. stupid Topman cheat my money :(

i took the MRT FIVE times today! cool right. i went to bugis then city hall then toa payoh then orchard! OMG.
shirley kept getting hit by qh, then shirley kept hitting ME. not fair.
hehehe we saw this cute/hot guy at the orchard stationg & i was like admiring his broad shoulders then qh say i fa hua chi & shirley refused to be my cover. then we met him again in Topman!
and shirley screamed so loud that she scared him away. HAHA. we were queuing for cashier then she screamed and he changed queue. LOL.
HE'S VERY CUTE.

shirley was like, if fate permits you'll cross paths with him...again. hahahah COOL RIGHT.

IM SOOOOO BROKE I OWE SO MANY PPL MONEY.

well, i hope you're happy, my pocket isnt just empty, its got this huge gaping hole in it.

similarly, im not just broke, i have negative money. as in, im penniless and i owe ppl money! (dont worry guys, i hv ppl who owe me too!)



those people whom i bought presents for better be super happy. if they dare complain its cheap...i wont be little miss nice anymore. i'd like to see them try and get presents for as many ppl as i hv with my measly allowance! so, if this year you happen to be one of those lucky ppl who received presents from me, REJOICE. if you didnt get anth frm me, DO NOT DESPAIR, because i shall work hard next year and buy gorgeous pressies with my pay! :D

and then maybe next year i will have some left over for my own Christmas present(:



i am so sad, i really really want to buy smth super nice for the person i am supposed to buy the present for, but i just dont have enough money! and my mother wont lend me any, either. to the person, im sorry in advance if you're disappointed):



anyway, yesterday i went christmas shopping w kenneth & jiacai & omg, found so many pretty things! esp for the girls, hope they love it. i am so happy i finished my shopping for the girls! yay yay yay.

so today i went out w jc and bought stuff frm popular to do christmas cards & stuff & like, we totally got ripped off for the wrapping paper, lol. and then i went for tuition.
and for the first time in a long long time, i was not late.
in fact, i was early!
so early that the previous class hadnt even ended & i had to sit in kenneth's chair. so cool can, sit in teacher's chair :D
saw rick & was like, HEY YOU KNOW WHAT IM LIKE EARLY & he was all, woah that's quite an accomplishment.
HAHAHA :D

so after tuition went to meet jc again to buy cake, & qh was like, oh hi im here & bye i gtg! LOL.



and now i am watching the magicians of love, ambrose xu shao yang is so, gorgeous. sigh... hah.

yep watched it today at the price of only $6. cheap huh? wanna watch movies at six bucks too? be a GV movie club member today! ahahha okay i keep advertising for them.
i love theodore! so cute! and the voice behind simon is that guy who acts in ciminal minds! i hv no idea who justin long is (alvin's voice) but theodore is so cute! "ooh whats this shiny thing?" "oooh muffins!" hahahah!

you know, i went shopping for wrapping paper and im like, omg, cheat money! you know, u can pay $1.50 for ONE piece of it when it used to cost like, $0.10 per piece! omg. so not worth it. must buy presents frm places where they wrap it for you. and omg, qh apparently got me this really nice present, & im so scared my present to her doesnt cut it! argh STRESS. i do not need more stress right now, i've got TWO TESTS tmr!!!

so we were eating at S11, happily thawing from the COLD theatre, and these ppl from R.I. at this table opp us keep STARING AT US. and not subtly either. and not like once, or even twice. its like, BLATANTLY and RECURRING EVERY, OH I DONT KNOW, TEN SECONDS?!?!

some people just get the whole manners thing.
or at least the subtle thing.
esp the girl. she's like, staring even while shoveling food into her mouth. and we werent even like doing anth weird or outta the ordinary. some ppl are just plain rude. i am so pissed. i am totally serious and not exaggerating. she must have done it for like ten minutes minimum.
how rude is that? jeez.

anyway. i totally didnt sink to her level or her fren's and stare back. we were just like, what is their problem.

i have some serious present shopping to do!
wondering if tuition teachers shd get christmas presents from their students too. must i get them presents? if yes, then its brokeville til 2008.
eek. that's a scary thought.
it doesnt help that my mum's birthday is five days from christmas! (or is it six? oh no. im not sure!) see, my mum has the worst timing ever. ahahha.

well i was scantily clad for this weather. fbts and slippers are not, i repeat, NOT, the attire you wanna be decked in when out braving the weather elements.

then, obviously, i was late. joel completely irritated me. so noisy. he was like, playing with the carpet to get static and then im like, (annoyed) what are you doing. and he's like, nothing and im like, *rolls eyes* and he's like, ouch & rick's like, you're asking for it right!, and joel's like, ooooh! let's do it again!

was at kenneth's house today with qiulin & yiyin! we watched this taiwan show with that guy, Aska. i love his name, how cool. its totally The Magic Knights Rayearth. ASKA. and at first i dont like him, cause he looks weird (like a monkey, said yiyin) and has weird hair but then he talks super gently & like WOW SO UNEXPECTED. and he sang so nice can! so now i kinda like him (singing wise) and i think he's very pro.
and and and guess what!!!
yiyin's daddy is gonna install new songs into her karaoke system alr!!!
i just HOPE HOPE HOPE it can be done before the party nxt monday.
she said to like give her a list of songs to put in. yay! im so excited.

oh & we saw jason choong at the interchange with his chs frens & kenneth went to talk to them & qiulin & i both didnt realise that jason was there til kenneth came & told us & i caught a glimpse of him & like omg i almost cldnt recognise him! qiulin was worse than me though, she was like, oh yeah, i saw him, he's that guy in the brown shirt right, & kenneth & i are like, erm. NO?! so yeah. she was totally looking at the wrong person, lol! SO FUNNY.

hello! i seem to be eating a lot of orange food lately. how queer. i've got cheese balls and carrot juice and cheese curls and orange juice and alot alot of cheese sandwiches!

after tuition i went to meet qh at orchard & shirley had alr deserted her, & didnt bring Honey! BAAAD SHIRLEY :P

anw, we went to eat at this noodle place at far east. it was so cute, we queued for the longest time & when we entered, 3 grps of ppl instantly stood up & so we had many seats to choose from! and we went to the pretty dress shop where we found, you guessed it, pretty dresses. haha.

then we went to M&S to look for yeow wei(SUGER! pronounced SUE-GER) & jonathan & we gossiped abt AHEMHEM. lol. after yw & jonathan fang gong-ed we went to look for their fren sheng yang (corrrect spelling?) who is from my sch too & we had a fun time playing with toys :D

and then mum called to scold me for being late & i had to hurry home. hahhaa.

hello! i am so psyched, there are so many movies i wanna watch!

im actually talking to zul, but for some inexplicable reason he hasnt replied yet so im gonna take the time to gush abt all the movies i wanna watch!

first off, i was surprised Lust, Caution is STILL SHOWING. but hey, it won the best movie story or smth like that at the golden horse awards & that just goes to show that good movies last longer. hahaha. sadly, its still like NC16 or smth, & all the good parts arent even there. whatever, im gonna like buy the uncut version dvd or smth. why is my com moving so slowly? *pissed* ANYWAY, all those who want to catch the R21 version of Lust, Caution, keep your eyes peeled cos GV is screening it (the R21, 155min version). for more details, visit http://www.gv.com.sg/ & click on movies.

anw it was a really gd movie, v exciting & all that so im definitely gonna catch this one. it starts showing 20dec so u guys, look out for it!

i hv the same feelings for tyhis movie as the chronicles of narnia. its mildly interesting to me. mildly. but ohwell u never know.

monday blues

hello its monday again (:

i didnt mean to stay away from the com for so long...see, tuesday i woke up with this incredible sore throat & went to chalet, & it was fun :D (not the sore throat part)
we played games like heart attack the human to pig version, & i totally won! i was grade one pig for like the longest time, and we had some really dumb piggys there :DD
my fave part was definitely the bbq. i stuffed my face along with the other pigs aka my frens! we had satay, sausages, fish, chicken, otah, prawns, fishballs, hotdogs, corn, veggies... hahaha okay anw we had alot alot of food.

and then i went home & fell sick D:

my throat hurt so much i cldnt eat or drink or swallow or talk properly, & on wednesday i started sneezing & had to blow my nose like every two minutes. i had to cancel tuition & basically slept alot at home. i swear i slept like sixteen hours that day.

on thursday i prepared myself for another day at home but qh called at 2+ to ask me out for lunch, & sick as i was, i still had to eat, right?
so i dragged my sick ass outta bed & to sakae sushi, where qh, yw & her senior ck were waiting for me. ohman yw ate like, ALOT. qh & i basically wasted our money there cos i was sick & ate v little & she had no appetite. but anw the chawanmushi is really good, & u guys hv gotta try the fried salmon. i really shdnt hv eaten those things, seeing as i was ill, but that girl's a bad influence, & im way too nice for my own good. hahhaha.
after the guys left qh & i had a good time hanging round j8. we found plenty of fun stuff & potential christmas presents. yes, christmas is coming round again & that calls for present shopping. two of my favourite things: PRESENTS & SHOPPING :DD

on friday i woke up early & went to school to buy sch books, where i was doubted for being sick because i met the bballers & they were like, grace skip training huh! where got sick!
yeah.
so suspicious. tsk tsk.
then qh & i went to town & fell in love with GUESS bags & wallets. we alr hv plans for dining at paragon (the soup spoon & bakerzin). we are such foodies!
then i went to tuition & tried to concentrate on trigo D:
but its was okay, cos it was friday! i got to watch with yoo hee, & i tell you, the guy who acts as johnny crooger is like totally hot! he is like, hawt. they filmed him swimming, which was totally unneccessary because it just made us girls drool at the sight of him topless. okay or maybe just this girl :X
fans of AXSY rejoice for FINALLY FINALLY, he's appearing in the magicians of love next week! woot! happiness!

so that brings us to saturday, which i spent gorging myself, once again, because of the very bad influence ONG QIAN HUI. she smsed me at 12.19pm & says, 'hey you wanna come over & order pizza? im hungry!'
and in the end she came over & we ordered mcdelivery & between the 2 of us polished off one grilled chicken foldover, one fillet o fish, 9 nuggets, 2 large fries, 1 large coke, 1 large green tea & 1 iced latte! man, we can EAT. okay, so my mum helped with the latte, but still.
i have become such a couch potato lah, i keep watching tv. i love the korean drama on channel u, that one abt chi yingxiu & xuanyu. and im also watching lu guang shen lin (green light forest)

finally, we arrive at sunday. ytd qh & i went to city hall area. party city was so fun! i esp love the tootsie roll favoured lip balm! then we went to esplanade & ate at marina sq, then as we were waiting for 56, qh pangsehs me to go toilet so i had to bus home alone =.=

and now its monday & im coughing sadly at home. i hate coughs. dont you? did anyone watch the golden horse awards? because i totally fell in love all over again with leehom. what a hunk.

if only i can cough up all the junk food i consumed in the past week.

hey its monday! yesterday a bunch of the guys and i went to singsingsing k & it was so fun except that i didnt get to sing shou xin! too new song alr, they didnt hv it yet.

and then we went to buy food for chalet which is TOMORROW TOMORROW TOMORROW. am looking forward to the bbq so much!

after a non-productive shopping trip we went for dinner at this very fun place called the settlers cafe which was a hit with us kiddy ppl because they provided GAMES! board games, card games, word games! everyone there was playing games. and the waitress kept screwing up our receipt but nvm, we were so nice that we forgave her for the two wrong ones she have us at first. third time's the charm yeah? :DD

and we 5 ppl shared 3small cups of ice cream & Mint Choc Kisses was my fave :)
the tiramisu one was like....rum & rum. yeah. hahahha.
the golden wedges was so yummy! love the cheese dip.
so all in all we had a scrumptious dinner.

then today i woke up very late, & it was actually a veryvery boring day. and now im hungry & i need to go return my library books which are, yet again, OVERDUE. sigh. damn it.

CHALET TMR, BBQ TMR! yay food food food! its yummy news for foodies like me & yiyin & qiulin :D

i felt so dumb at tuition today, even thou rick was really nice & all. like, i felt so stupid. zi bei, man! and then i wrote on the paper, "hmm, how to calculate tension? omg, Mrs Ong, wo dui bu qi ni :(" & rick read it & i felt so malu. haha, got another thing more malu de, but only linlin knows!
so anw, i hv to do all the ws that rick gave me by nxt wk, & there's alot! & i gotta do the chem ones by friday, cos i hv spa then ): im so scared i wont do well, its for O lvls leh!

sigh, this week everyday hv to wake up early & go to school, tmr i still say will pei ziai even thou must wake up at 6.30 like today. im too nice le. lol. then friday got spa. sigh. cant sleep late at all. then still must see sheela's face tmr, sian diao.

friday got A&Emath tuition! my first chance to see how kenneth teaches. im a bit intimidated. i tink everyone will be like, really smart. today i was in the room with all these JC students, & they were all mugging for their A lvls. then cos tuition was like 2hrs+, so my concentration kept wavering. rick wld be saying smth, & my mind wld wander right in the middle of a sentence, & then he wld ask me a question & i wld be like, BLANK. heh.
and then i cldnt even ans H2SO4 + smth smth was wad cos i was like, huh huh? omg, i cant think! ugh, i feel so idiotic! waa, nxt week must redeem myslf man!

i am so tired. nowadays i just want to come home, watch some tv, bathe & then fall aslp listening to cds, either WLH, AXSY or 5566. lol.

hello im back after one week and one day!

so many things hv happened since last wednesday, namely the movie marathon and me going shopping. ahhaha okay so nth very exciting.

yesterday was Be Yourself Day!

and i had absolutely no-thing to wear luh.

and when in doubt, wear black, right?
that's exactly what i did, along with like half the class! :D

so anyway then i helped like manymany ppl apply eyeliner because surprise, surprise, manymany ppl are not gd at it!

Arts Fest was pretty okay, and after school germaine, qiao yin, min shan, meifeng, kailing, sherilyn, jiale, lihui, tingzhi and i went to eat opp and we stayed there for quite long trying to decide where to go, and after meifeng left i became the only person not wearing specs! COOL RIGHT :D

eventually we decided on cityhall area, and so we were off.

but our numbers kept dwindling, and by the time we reached marina square, there was only germaine, qiaoyin, sherilyn, minshan and me. kailing left at amk station, and tingzhi, jiale and lihui left after we bought lovely donuts and went to HMV.

oooooh donuts, the lovely sweet sugary delights :))))))))))

at donut factory, all u hv to do is turn the corner and the smell of it will hit u like a...like a...i dunno lah, but the smell is like wow! heh heh, how cld we resist the pretty donuts.

u noe i always thought it was spelled doughnuts. hmmm. lol.

haha sherilyn and i malu-ed ourselves abit but in the end we still only queue for less than half an hour teehee. and we tempted qiaoyin to buy also :D

and then at J8 who did i bump into but Ong QianHui. actually i just stood behind her and she went & banged into me lah. as if lidat not enuf, after that she knocked my donut box onto the floor, along with my hp which like, burst on the ground, the battery landing several cm away.

lol.

i hardly even looked at my hp and started screaming

"OMG! QIANHUI! OMG! MY DONUTS!"

i was so sure they were runied, but luckily they werent or else i wld hv killed her. ahah.

but lets not talk abt upsetting(?) things. i had a great time loitering ard the mall after sch, i think i kinda floated ard dreamily, 2hrs passed b4 i knew it. and i didnt buy anth. LOL. but i saw plenty of things i wana buy!

AND, i fell in love with the new nike patent black bag!!! OH LUST.

rmb me saying im gonna invest in a portable dvd player? i changed my mind.

because i realised that a laptop fulfils the same function.

now if only i can figure out how to get my hands on one of those lovely desktops, my life wld be much happier (:

I WILL SUPPORT HIS ALBUM IF HE RELEASES ANOTHER.

and im gonna rent all his drama serials. cant buy them, simply too expensive. if only Channel U will show them. sigh. ohyes, he'll be in episodes 19-22 of The Magicians Of Love so do watch out for him. he'll be playing a baddie, which is hot. lol.

there's supposed to be archery tmr!

i know i said i wldnt buy it, althou i've forgotten who i told, but i didnt wana buy it at first cos i didnt like the cover, & i listened to the songs during my close-to-2hr stay in HMV Heeren that time, & they were alright, but didnt instil in me the need for immediate gratification, unlike when i listened to Claire Guo Jing's album.
but now i've changed my mind.
why?
because of the gorgeously pretty MV movies!
like i said, i loveloveloveeeeeeee the idea of MV movies, and i was thrilled to watch the one in Te Wu J with the korean guy Kim smth Won (Kim Tae Won? LOL i dunno!) but then i found out that there're actually THREE MV movies in the album!
imagine my delight!

i think im really pro at sussing out the hongkong accent now, i cld so tell when i watched the 2nd MV movie in the album.
(i wld type out the names of all three MV movies, but i dont noe how to read them! :X)
it's got the hongkong guy Stephen Fung, whom i am not familiar with, but wow, he's kinda cute :)
and i cld so tell he's frm hk by the way he spoke!
and it sounds like he can speak english as well
i am excited :D

but the movie is really sad, like, sadder than the first.
cos i finally realised that everyone's gonna die and i was like, no, u cant just let him die, arent u even gonna try to save him???

mum just had this half hour conversation with Aunt Veron on the phone, aunt wants to send her son over to singapore to attend boarding sch, cos he's been kinda uncontrollable & rebellious lately, & he's been fighting. apparently her son's abt my age, and wow, to think that she's willing to send him from malaysia to here alone.

Cue Clodhoppers

man, clodhoppers are yummy. denise introduced me to them & now i bought them & dang, they're expensive. $1.60 per pack at ntuc. must get them for movie marathon this friday.

i am irritated lah. that stupid jc go send me pictures of bestie party on saturday for wad, like i got take picture lidat. rah.

yesterday's shopping trip was so painful, to my feet & to my wallet. firstly, i almost spent all my dosh in the first shop i went to. i cldnt help it, i love blossomz! then i tried on for like HALF AN HOUR cos i kept thinking, call the guys come or not? then in the end i called them & they came & then finally i came out & said "I'll take this & this & this &this" total only $50 mah, then the guys remind me that if i buy it all now then ltr no money alr. then at the 11th hour i told the nice salesgirl, "um, okay i'll take these two first then ltr i'll get the others."
she was so nice, she didnt scold me or be rude or mean or anth!i think its cos i was the only one who tried on and actually bought stuff.
heh, but i really tried on for damn long.

then! we meandered ard and we saw this young girl who was with her mum, wearing a retro dress which wld hv looked nice if she didnt wear completely mismatched slippers. anyway that wasnt what caught jc's eye abt her. (ok sorry lah i only looked at her mismatched outfit, very superficial i know.) JC noticed that she had this huuuge stomach. and she's actually quite skinny so when he brought it up i was like, aiyah maybe she fat lah. but then he insisted it wasnt so i looked as well.
OMG. she's like, pregnant.
me: "OMG! but she's like, nine!"
JC: "no lah..."
me: "kay fine, ten."
Ken: "no, eleven."
JC: "yeah, looks like eleven."
me: "omg...that's still damn young okay."
i was in complete disbelief. seriously, the girl didnt look a day over twelve. and pregnant? wow.

so then we moved on, i was on a mission to find the fab store i was at last time & but the uber fab heels i found. we went from Level 2, to Lvl 3....to lvl 4, where all the food is. lol. there's this nana thai restaurant, or smth like that, which has this set for 8-10 ppl, costing $238++. we're gonna eat there sometime :D quite cheap lah, after we divide it by us. we'll hv at least 8ppl mah. hope its not spicy.
somewhere on lvl 3, i stumbled upon this great shop i've read abt in seventeen, and i wandered in while the guy checked out the shop nxt door.
isnt it funny how all the best shops are all accidentally stumbled upon? and then the nxt time u wana go there, u hv the toughest time searching for it?

anyway, i walked in, trying to find a nice bag. instead i found knitted sweater-dresses! omg, it was so fantastic, it was exactly like what i'd imagined i'd buy. i had to try it on, along with this cute grey knitted dress, which looked fantastic, but had the downside of making me look like i'd aged 10yrs and was 6mths pregnant. ohwell. it was like $129 anw. but then i put on the striped sweater-dress and wow. it was so amazing, i'd nvr worn anth like it b4. i dashed out of the fitting rm and cried "i love it, i love this!" to the salesgirl, who was reli soft-spoken & nice. lol, then the guys came and hehe, ken was like, okay lah i think quite nice but can dont wear the jeans underneath. jc was like, no leh i think wear the jeans underneath nice leh, can wad. then they agreed that the dress was very me, as in can tell it'll be smth i'll wear.
i think its completely amazing that they can tell me whats my style and not, because i cant! i shall ask qiulin & qh, cos i noe yiyin will just say, oh u like all the weird weird colours. lol.
so. there was no other way abt it, i had to buy the dress. there was just one tiny problem. it cost $99.90 and $84.90 after a 15% discount. man, i am so stupid! i totally did not think to ask for a further discount. so, i simply reserved it, placing a deposit on it first.

its worth it right, ohman, i think its abit outrageous that i can spend so easily. okay, so its like, a european brand, and there's only one per piece, making it highly unlikely i'll see anyone wearing it too, but, it costs almost the same amt as the knitted cardigan i saw in elle magazine that i wana buy. am i just following the fall trend of wearing knitwear? i dont think so, i've always been VERY against stripes, and i only hv 2pcs of striped clothing in my closet...and the dress is reli nice.
anw in the end the fab store didnt hv the fab heels anymore and then we went home, playing a game in the train. we had to name all the fruits we cld think of, and jc kept repeating. ahah. i practically staggered all the way home, my shoes were like killing me.

wow koreans are suddenly like hawt now! or maybe its just me huh hahaha it all started with 200 pounds beauty when that hunk made koreans guy look less eww & then look, now there's that guy in Jolin's MVs! man, i love the idea of a mini movie in MVs, totally makes me wanna watch more. i am so hooked on MV stories anw.

okay, i REALLY love the MV story thing. it just makes the song so much better, like, i didnt reli like Luo Ye Gui Gen that much, but the MV is like, super sad! except that the kids in it are erm, not v fortunate looking. heh. and i dont understand Wo Men De Ge the MV, and i've watched it quite a few times. the girl just cant dance. hmm. will watch again.

omg i keep having strange urges to blog, and my last post was like, IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THIS! so yeah that was like 2min ago.

qh just called me & her hp sot diao, she sounded all weird & i didnt even know what she was saying. but then, i dont noe why i called her in the first place :D

want to know smth scary? i had more cool dreams last night. i love dreams, really, so ultimate escapist (behaviour)! hmm not making sense. anyway, so i had this dream where i almost died. yep. cool huh? i was in this cool flying chair...omg sounds so funky :D and the flying chair had a remote control right, so my fren was controlling it and he was sending me on a ride as like, a ...hey whats that word? u noe, when frens play games & u lose & hv to do smth. whats that word ar? anw thats wad we were doing, and they sent me on the ride flying above rooftops & buildings & open fields. it was really exhilarating & fun & cool until i realised the seatbelt was loose. yeah but the weird thing is that's when i stopped screaming. i was screaming & having a blast zooming over rooftops until i realised i was gonna die. odd, dontcha think? cos they were flipping me upside down & all, and i was basically slipping outta the seat. and i was so quietly awaiting the end, it was scary. and then suddenly i had this deja vu feeling that i knew this was gonna happen.

and then they flipped the chair and i slipped outta the seat.

i could see the things at ground level, and they were as tiny as birds on the ground.

was i gonna fall to the ground & die or was i gonna die before i hit the ground? what an unglam way to die, with the contents of your skull splattered over the ground.

i slipped outta the seat, and all i rmb is that i was hanging on to the chair with like only my legs, and i was grabbing the seatbelt with my hands, and i was STILL silent.

but like a movie playing in my head, i could see my frens' reactions. they'd finally realised smth was wrong, like they cldnt see me dangling from the chair. and the idiot controlling it, instead of sending me back safely to ground level, sent me zooming up higher, thinking to deposit me at the nearest rooftop. jeez. i made it, but barely. and then i was so freaked out, i started crying. and then the rest of the dream is a blur.

wow! i wonder if i'll hv any more cool dreams tonight. woot! mom's buying me popiah back for dinner. yay low fat delicacy. kay im going to youtube to watch MVs now. argh the tummy feeling is so bugging me.

i went to WLH's qian chang hui ytd with kind zhide who only went to accompany me cos my BESTIES DOWAN TO GO WITH ME. OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WLH is damn shuai! his yan shen chao dian ren lah! and he's so nice, he looked up at everybody after he signed, he'll look right at you de. Jolin didnt do that when i went last time. but i still like Jolin, and i chao like WLH. i totally bei dian dao lah. even thou he didnt hv like any te bie de reaction, but his eyes are like, OMG. like, seriously. u ask zhide lah, i came off the stage that time i was like, dai zhu. i only reacted like, 5minutes ltr can. i kept saying smth, i dont rmb what. but basically i started obsessing abt it like way after i saw him. before that i was like, "okay lah" when zhide asked me how i felt abt it. he asked me like 5000 times. LOL.

one day, when i have alot of money (and that day will come, i just know it, i was so not made for poverty, and life as i know it must be luxuriously comfortable!) i am gonna buy all the albums WLH ever put out, and of course i will get all the dramas & CDs AXSY has been involved in too. and it wldnt be counted as wastes of money, cause WLH is such a huge talent that like, ALL his songs sound great, and AXSY (while admittedly one of my faves ever) doesnt really hv loads of stuff i can purchase so yeah. i'll get them all!

and i've been toying with the idea of redecorating for the longest time ever. i mean, ever since pri sch i've wanted to repaint my room/s but yeah Mom didnt & still doesnt allow. plus, we so need new sofa sets, not to mention wardrobes! and she too can tell that my bookcase is like, totally sagging in the middle, due to the fact that unlike most ppl nowadays, i have alot of books. like, ALOT of books. sigh, i am such a nerd. also, i want a whole lot of totally unnecessary stuff. yeah, i love to spend money on unnecessary things. so sue me.

you know, i need a new phone soon. maybe like the end of this year. my samsung keypad is starting to lose sensitivity. sadly, this always happens after abt a year of using samsung phones. so i shd start researching handphones. cant tell Daddy yet, he'll be kinda pissed, seeing as it'll only be a year of using this phone when November rolls around. that means i've gotta use it for another 2-3mths. plus, iof i tell him in Nov, i still gotta wait a few mths fpr him to come up with some money for his precious daughter to spend on a new phone. or he'll just gimme one of his present ones. so, it's likely that i'll get a new phone for Christmas or my birthday or seeing as both my parents like to cheat me outta presents, he'll be like, nah i give u hp then counted as present for Christmas & birthday alr hor. sigh, i hate it that my hps always need changing when its ard Christmas & my birthday. i hate these dates, they are so...not fun. i hate my birthday. i hate that its so early. i hate that no one cares. i hate that i always get emo. yucks. okay i love my birthday. that is such a lie. when was the last time i got a freaking cake? when was the last time anyone remembered and didnt hv to ask me what i want cos they alr knew me well enuf? when was the last time someone even really cared? ahahha ok its lucky no one reads my blog. if anyone does, dont bother abt what i write here, it doesnt matter. it doesnt matter!

hello hello! how weird, i seem to only like to post on wednesdays. as meifeng wld say, STRANGE. so today is like, minshan & fadhil's bday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU TWO!

for one, turns out i didnt hv to buy Lavender! qh has had it since like, forever, & she lent it to me, tgt w the book. im reading a chinese book! wow, i nvr thot i'll see that day. neither did you, huh? LOL. i've watched XunYiCao until the last 3discs alr. i dont wana finish watching it! sigh. i am so so so lusting over Xu Shao Yang lah can, he looks so cool in there. like, jsdajgcfuekjchkf that he is twice my age. grah. im gonna watch Ai Qing Jing Ji Yue next. now to figure out if i shd buy it or watch it on youtube or smth. or borrow it. speaking of which, shd i borrow the hongkong show one? its like $16 for 2wks, damn cheat money lah, i one day can finish watching lor, then i go buy also around $30. but then again i dont really like the actors. alright, im biased, i only noe 3 of the main actors, & YES, XuSaoYang is one of them! also, the pawnshop no.8 or smth like that seems pretty cool, but dang if it isnt expensive to borrow. they're just two weeks away. tmr is start of week 8, & i major tests. im so glad SPA is over. however, i've got Trig test tmr. omg. & SS test. & literature test! yikes. plus on tues, i've got Chem test. but after that, i tink im DONE. yep. all that's left is awaiting my report slip.

i can alr tell u some of the grades. F9 for math & Amath. D7 for physics & maybe E8 for chem. i noe i havent taken chem yet, but with mole concept? im not optimistic at all. im hoping i ace lit & SS. i noe there's no way im gonna ace english this term, considering...sigh. goodbye A1. and mother tongue? i hope i at least scrape like, a C5. i hv no idea what Mr Chin's standards are.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY COUSIN-IN-LAW!

today is singapore's special day & also biao jie fu Sam's bday! so my family went to Jasmine biao jie & biao jie fu's place in the afternoon for the party. parteeeeeeeeee! ahahaha.

i wore red cos ytd i wore white. so cool right! i bought a red shirt ytd, & i love it. red is hot. i tink i was overdressed again. i mean, nobody told me the theme was casual casual! i was semi casual, but i tink my earrings overdid it just a bit. hmm. plus i was literally THE ONLY PERSON THERE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 10 TO 30. and im not exaggerating, btw. unless you count the maid, who's probably in her 20s. like, the person whjo's nearest my age is my NEICE, who's 9, turning 10 ltr this yr =.= i was bored outta my skull. therefore, i de-bored myslf by eating. & eating. & eating. yeah, Sam's brother-in-law came into the dining room like 3x only to see me pigging out. i stayed in there like 30min, just EATING. gosh.

the parade was boring. after i stuffed myslf, the kids came to ask me to play. Rachel stood behind me & said "biao yi" like 2318531x before i heard her. lol so malu. the kids were my neice & nephew, Rachel who's 9 & Brandon who's like 5 or 6, Sam's sisters' kids Grace & Jayna who're 6(or 7) & 8 respectively. Grace the kid is such a scaredy-cat. she screamed & howled noisily while watching Jurassic Park. jeez its just a gigantic human eating, dinosaur killing, bone crunching, noisy roaring big dinosaur. and not even a T-rex, which is, admittedly, cuter than the other dino, but still. its on TV -.- and she shrieked like it was chasing her. and she loves to scream & cry for fun. so not me when i was younger. (: Jayna on the other hand, is alot more like me. steady & shy & pretty. hahaha im jk abt the last one.

guess what we played. Pictionary. JUNIOR Pictionary. oh gosh. needless to say, i won. im sorry if i dont sound v enthusiastic abt my kid relatives, its just that they were so...rah. Rachel took things pretty well, but then she's had plenty of practise & im not exactly famed for my way with kids, i mean, i screamed at Rachel alot when we were both little kids. being 6 yrs old & having attention taken away from you does alot of things to ur jealous side, & im sure i was horrible to Rachel back then. Brandon & Kid Grace argued & Brandon threw a tantrum & omg, I SOLVED IT. cool or what? my older sister instincts must be kicking in. lol. Jayna & Rachel ended up drawing animals. Rachel is so sweet, she hero worships my drawings. my art is sucky as hell, yet she stands by them & maintains that they are very nice & cute. how sweet is that? & lemme tell ya, her art is like wow. & she's shy & modest too, which is why i nvr got any pictures taken with them ): i must do so b4 they leave for Shanghai next yr.

birthday cakes were super yummy! we had chocolate banana cake & cheese cake! they were soooooo good, & we has a blackout in the middle of it! cool. cakes tasted as good without light (: the food was all great. yum.
