ytd i spent hours on imeem discovering my that i looove manymany kinds of music but i seem to prefer pop-py kind. take a look at my playlist, u'll get the idea.
also, u'll realise im listening to quite alot of jazz nowadays. see, Corrine May & Chantal Kreviazuk. erm. i say quite a lot cos i nvr used to listen to any at all okay. andand! i want to get the Joss Stone CD & omg, ytd i listened to Amy Winehouse & her voice is really cool, u noe? kinda edgy, very artsy type. not exactly my cup of tea, but its still tres cool. listen to Best Friends By Amy Winehouse, u'll get the idea. oh, be sure to be reading the lyrics, her drawl makes it kinda tough to make out some of the words. its cool. & oh gosh i love Corrine May's Something about you, its jazz & pop mix at the same time. u'll realise tht it sounds kinda pop-like. can u tell??? LOL okay.
female powerhouse voices still rock though. look at Tamyra Gray, Kimberly Locke & Kelly Clarkson. oh btw they're ALL American Idol finalists. Cool yeah? & then if you prefer the RNB Soul hiphop kind, there's Rihanna, Ciara, Beyonce, Mary J Blige & Fergie rocks so much now. i love her song Wake Up. Oh & Mutya Buena has a new album out & if u think her name sounds familiar, YES u've heard it somewhere b4, she's an ex Sugababe. RMB THE SUGABABES?? love them, their hits Too Lost In You, Round Round & etc still are my faves.
& movie soundtracks rock so much i cant believe it. Hilary Duff movies always hv good soundtracks. & Legally Blonde, How To Lose a Guy In 10 Days, Step Up, A Walk To Remember...Disney movies too. & DANCE movies just have all the coolest music okay. like the above-mentioned Step Up. & Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights. i agree with Mia, movies are jsut so much better when they have dance & music.
